What is The Mindfulness Ring made from?

The ring has a 925 sterling-silver base and is available in silver, gold-plated and rose-gold-plated finishes.

How do the moving details work?

Gently turn the decorative moving details with your fingertip. Use a light touch and do not force them. If a part becomes loose or damaged, stop wearing the ring and contact us.

How do I choose my size?

Check the size guide on the product page, then select from the sizes available for your chosen finish before adding the ring to your cart. If you are unsure, email service@conceptelao.com for help.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

The ring uses a 925 sterling-silver base; the gold and rose-gold finishes are plated. Skin sensitivity varies from person to person. If you have a known metal allergy, please contact us about the materials before ordering. Stop wearing the ring if irritation occurs.

Can the ring get wet?

The ring is waterproof for everyday wear, including handwashing. Dry it with a soft cloth after contact with water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and prolonged exposure to chlorine or salt water to help preserve the plating and moving details. Store it separately when not in use.

Shipping and delivery

When will my order be ready?

As each ring is handmade, please allow 2–3 days after payment for order preparation.

How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

Standard Shipping costs $5.99 for orders under $49.00 and is free for orders of $49.00 or more. Estimated delivery is 6–12 days after shipment. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. We will email your tracking details after shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking information to update.

Returns and replacements

Can I try the ring on and still return it?

Yes. Our 30-day money-back guarantee allows careful, undamaged try-on. Contact us within 30 days of the original shipment date to request a return; no reason is needed. Return the ring undamaged, with its original packaging and included accessories.

Where do I send a return?

Returns go to our designated warehouse in the United States. Email service@conceptelao.com with your order number first, and we will provide the address and instructions. Customers pay return shipping unless the ring arrived damaged or defective.

What is the one-year replacement promise?

You may request a fresh replacement ring within one year of the original shipment date. The replacement ring is free; you only pay shipping. Contact us with your order number, and we will confirm the shipping charge before proceeding. Read our Return Policy for details.
