We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from conceptelao. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your fruit bowl must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  3. Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at service@conceptelao.com with your order number and your reason for returning the item.

  4. Return Address: Approved returns must be shipped to our designated facility at: Lange Straße 89, 44579 Castrop-Rauxel, Germany

  5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  6. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
